By registering MassiveMP3Giveaway Mobile Text Alerts, you understand and agree that your mobile phone account will be immediately billed a monthly subscription fee of $9.99, each and every month until you cancel your membership (for prepaid account holders, your account will have the fee deducted from your prepaid balance upon PIN confirmation and each month thereafter). MassiveMP3Giveaway Mobile Text Alerts is only available to Alltel , AT&T, Cingular, Nextel and Sprint users. Members receive a text message each week until you cancel your membership. Other charges (WAP, MMS, GPRS, SMS) and taxes may apply for subscriptions, promotional text messages and account related text messages. Customers who enter their unique PIN password on our website or through your mobile phone agree to subscribe to MassiveMP3Giveaway Mobile Text Alerts. Internet enabled handsets are required. How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation by handset - You can cancel your MassiveMP3Giveaway™ Subscription Service by sending a text message from your mobile device containing only the word 'STOP' to the shortcode 71422. To prevent future charges cancellation must be received a maximum of one day prior to your billing cycle date.
Cancellation by e-mail - You can cancel your MassiveMP3Giveaway™ Subscription Service by sending a request to cs@massivemp3giveaway.com
Cancellation by phone - You can cancel your MassiveMP3Giveaway™ Subscription Service by calling toll free 1-866-459-2040 between 8 am and 8 pm EST 7 days a week (excluding holidays).
Cancellation of Services will take effect on your next billing cycle date. To prevent future charges cancellation must be received a maximum of one day prior to your billing cycle date. For example, if your Mobile Device is billed for a monthly Membership subscription on the 4th of every month and you cancel on the 10th, you will not be billed in the next month, but your monthly Membership subscription will remain active for the remainder of the month in which you cancelled.
